SMARTSCAN
Smartscan is the most defined and precise leather scanning bar in the world, the projectors and receivers are spaced at 5 mm. The system guarantees a perfect screen of all edges of the leather optimizing spraying and measurement.
Possibility on customer’s request to scan the leather through a linear camera by paying attention to the limits of the same (e.g. laminated leather or metallic or fluorescent)
SPRAY STATION
it is the most advanced technology for optimizing the spraying process.
It guarantees production at minimum costs, control and saving of all parameters for traceability and reproducibility,
all on a simple and immediate 15 ”touch screen.
It is the “ALL IN ONE” solution able to control all the parameters of the spray line:
- Paint economizer (leather edge margins, solenoid valve times)
- Leather measurement with display page (sqft, sqmt, sqdm)
- Paint distribution (overlap, air atomization, quantity of chemical for each gun)
- Fast Change (color change, loading, unloading, washing of the paint circuit simultaneously with the work in progress)

Automatic regulator
The flow regulator allows the simultaneous regulation of the product flow on all guns. The automatic adjustment can be set from the touch screen and saved in the job recipes (Spray Station) can be applied to all guns except Airless and Airmix.
