1.Purpose of the Treatment
Your personal data will be processed by Barnini S.r.l. to provide the requested information and in particular to make the estimate requested by you.

2. Legal Basis, Conferment, Storage Times
The legal basis of the processing is the execution of a contract of which you are a part or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The provision of your data is necessary and their failure to provide it will result in the inability of our staff to respond to your requests and to make a quote. The data will be processed for the time necessary to process the request and kept if required by specific regulatory obligations.

The data provided by you will be processed by personnel in charge, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller, may also be processed by third parties providing instrumental services, including communication services, electronic mail, correspondence of correspondence, technical services for the management of the Site, IT service providers. Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the related functions will be communicated to the aforementioned subjects.
